Mshauri wa uajiri ni njia ya kuajiri na utaftaji wa ajira ulimwenguni, unakupa ufikiaji rahisi wa habari kuhusu wakala wa kuajiri na haki za wafanyikazi unapotafuta kazi nje ya nchi.  Washauri bora ni wafanyikazi wengine wenye uzoefu.

Utambuzi wa wavuti ya Mshauri wa Uajiri uliwezeshwa kupitia ufadhili kutoka Jumuiya ya Ushirikiano wa Biashara ya Kimataifa, Shirika la Kazi la Kimataifa na Shirika la Uswizi la Maendeleo na Ushirikiano. Mawazo na maoni yaliyochapishwa kwenye wavuti huu ni jukumu la waandishi wake na sio lazima kuwakilisha au kuonyesha sera za Jumuiya ya Ushirikiano wa Kimataifa ya Biashara, Jumuiya ya Wafanyikazi wa Kimataifa, Shirika la Uswizi na Ushirikiano, au mashirika mengine yanayounga mkono.

Vyama vya kutetea haki za wafanyikazi pamoja na mashirika mengineyo kutoka nchi tofauti, timu yetu imeendeleza jukwaa la Mshauri wa Uajiri kwa lengo la kuwawezesha na kuwalinda wafanyikazi na kukuza haki za vyama vya wafanyikazi, kushiriki katika uzoefu wao wa kuajiri, na kukuza wale waajiri wanaofuata mchakato wa kuajiri walio sawa kwa kuzingatia kanuni za jumla za ILO na Miongozo ya Utendaji bora ya Kuajiri kwa njia halali.

Our Campaign

In order to ensure fair recruitment that reduces the vulnerability of workers to forced labour, trade unions in different countries and regions have been actively working to promote International Labour Organization (ILO) General Principles & Operational Guidelines for Fair Recruitment and the Forced Labour Protocol (P29). This work has entailed engaging in social dialogue and tripartite discussions on recruitment processes, including the recruitment of migrant workers, as well as influencing national legislation and policies on fair recruitment and fair migration.

Analysis of recruitment reviews (KENYA)

The analysis report prepared by Caroline Mugalla the Executive Secretary of East African Trade Union Confederation (EATUC) focused on key findings, conclusion, lessons and way forward. As at the time of analyzing web platform report, 479 reviews had been shared by Kenyan migrant workers.
