- The Malaysian Investment Development Authority offers an overview for employment in the manufacturing, construction, plantation, agricultural, services and domestic help sector and a respective list of countries. Only nationals from these countries are allowed to work in Malaysia in the listed sectors.
- Foreign Domestic Helps have to be nationals of one of the following countries: Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Philippines, Sri Lanka.
