Workmen's Compensation (Foreign Workers' Compensation Scheme) (Insurance) Order 2005 (PU (A) 45/05) 2005; It sets out the amount of the benefits to be paid to a foreign worker upon the death or injury of that worker.

Labour Ordinance, Sabah. Notification under the Malaysian Migration Fund Board Rules 1966. No. S 3 1987; It replaces the form for registration as an employer licensed to employ migrant workers. Information to be provided includes number of workers employed, housing accommodation furnished and wage rates.

Employment (Restriction) Act 1968 (Act 353) 1968 (Revised 1988); It provides for employment permits, registration, and restrictions for non-Malaysian citizens. Official revised version of the Act of 1968.

Immigration Act 1959/63 (Act 155); It regulates various aspects of immigration into Malaysia. Divided into 6 parts. Part 1 contains preliminary provisions.
