तल दिइएको तालिकाले आप्रवासी कामदार सम्वन्धि सान्दर्भिक राष्ट्रिय कानून, भर्ना प्रकृयालाई नियमित गर्ने व्यवस्था, सुरक्षित बनाउन गरेका व्यवस्थाहरु(जस्तै पूर्व प्रस्थान तालिम, बीमा योजना लगायत) का बारेमा जानकारी समेटेको छ ।
आप्रवासी कामदार रोजगार ऐन २००३ ; यस ऐनले प्रवासी श्रमिक(आप्रवासी कामदार) ले कोरियामा गर्ने रोजगारी सम्वन्धि विषयलाई सम्वोधन गर्दछ । यसमा आप्रवासी कामदार तथा व्यवसाय वा आप्रवासी कामदारलाई रोजगारीमा लगाउन चाहनेहरुका लागि आवश्यक व्यवस्था समेटिएको छ । तर जलक्षेत्र (नाविक)मा रोजगारी गर्नेहरुलाई भनें यसले समेट्दैन । उनीहरु नाविक सम्वन्धि कानून अन्तर्गत पर्दछन् ।
न्यूनतम वेतन ऐन ; यो ऐनले न्यूनतम वेतनको व्याख्या गरेको छ जुन प्रवासी श्रमिक(आप्रवासी कामदार)लाई झैं कोरियाली नागरिकका लागि पनि लागु हुन्छ
श्रम मानक ऐन, १९९७ ; यो ऐन कोरियाली नागरिक र प्रवासी श्रमिक(आप्रवासी कामदार) दुवैलाई बरावरी लागु हुन्छ । यस ऐनले मानक कार्यसमय, वेतन भुक्तानीको समय र प्रकृया, अतिरिक्त समय(ओभरटाइम) काम गरेको पारिश्रमिक प्राप्तीको अधिकार, रातीको समयमा तथा विदाको दिनमा काम गर्ने सम्वन्धमा व्यवस्था गरेको छ
अध्यागमन नियन्त्रण ऐन १९९३ ; यस ऐनमा कोरियामा प्रवेश गर्ने र बाहिरिने विदेशी र आफ्ना नागरिकका बारेमा व्यवस्था छ
अध्यागमन ऐन १९९१ ; ऐनले (वाह्य) आप्रवासनलाई प्रोत्साहन गर्ने लक्ष्य लिएको छ र विदेश (वाह्य) आप्रवासनका नीतिहरुमा विचार विमर्श गर्नका लागि समिति स्थापना गरेको छ । तर उक्त (वाह्य) आप्रवासनका निकायहरु राष्ट्रपतिको घोषणा/आदेशमा तोकिएबमोजिमका शर्तहरुका आधारमा अनुमति प्राप्त गरेको हुनु पर्दछ । ऐनको व्वयवस्था उल्लङ्घन /अवज्ञा गरेमा अपराधका रुपमा लिईन्छ ।

- Act On The Employment Of Foreign Workers (2003, revised 2019) ; Regulates employment of foreign workers in Korea. Applies to foreign workers and businesses or workplaces which employ or intend to employ foreign workers. Does not apply to seamen whose work is governed by Seamen Act. Divided into 6 parts. In particular, this law stipulates insurance for protecting foreign workers.

- Minimum Wage Act, 2009 (revised 2018); The Act defines the minimum wage, which equally applies to nationals of the Republic of Korea as well as foreigners.
- Labor Standards Act, 1997(revised 2021); The Act equally applies to nationals of the Republic of Korea as well as foreigners. The Act defines the standard working hours, timing process of salary payment, right to overtime payment, working at night and on holidays.
- Immigration Control Act, 1993; Immigration Act (1993, revised 2021); Regulates the conditions for entry to and exit from Korea for foreigners and nationals.
- Emigration Act, 1991(revised 2018); The Act aims at encouraging emigration and establishes a Committee for Deliberation on Policies of Overseas Emigrations. Provides that agencies for emigration must be licensed on conditions prescribed in a Presidential Decree. Violations against the Act are criminally sanctioned.
- Equal Employment Opportunity And Work-family Balance Assistance Act (2007, revised 2021); The law promotes the employment of women and work-family balance.
